They may be the sole business of their type in the system if they have a national profile, or the only business of their type within a given area, such as a county or region. In return * Star Traders are committed to accept Horsetrading vouchers as part payment for the goods or services they offer. For example, a private customer with a £10 voucher making a purchase at a gross cost of £100 will pay a balance of £90 net.
It is up to the individual business how many vouchers will be accepted on a single sale. Horsetrading itself markets saddles starting at £199 gross but will accept up to 5 vouchers with a total value of £50 per sale.
If you become a *Star Trader and have something for which there is a public demand, then FOR AN OUTLAY OF LESS THAN £1 A WEEK you have a greatly increased opportunity of boosting you sales and profits. Whilst you have to give a discount, you should also increase both your company profile and market share.
