| My daughter Charlotte, aged 6, rides her at pony club, round the farm and over the common off the lead rein, out with other horse company.
She is 100% safe. She does not buck, rear or have any vices. Gypsy is 13yrs old. We have on many occasions lead Charlotte off my 14.3 4 year old for half a days hunting. days out with the following packs: Tiverton Stag Hound, Exmoor Fox Hounds, Dulverton East Foxhounds, and Devon & Somerset Staghounds. She show jumped and did cross country with success with her previous owners. Gypsy to us is a ‘first ridden’ needing to go to a hunting or showing home, but equally would be good as a general hack, alone or in company. She is good in all traffic, to load, shoe, clip and box. Trustworthy around children and dogs, Her only problem is that she will not do gymkhana, nor can she stand anything on top of her flapping. Charlotte has ridden her in farm leggings and coat with no problems. We have done fancy dress successfully and won! She will wear it but not carry it!
